FAQ / Policies

  • All sessions and packages must be purchased online in advance with a credit or debit card. Payment is due at the time of booking. Please note that all sales are final.

Intro packs and single sessions are valid for 90 days; 5-packs are valid for 180 days; 10-packs are valid for one year.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24hrs in advance.

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation less than 24hrs in advance, full payment for the session is required.

I am of course understanding that emergencies and unexpected life events come up every now and then. Please reach out to discuss rescheduling options.

  • I kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes/fragrances to the studio –– we are operating in a small space, and many folks are sensitive or even allergic to products that contain synthetic fragrances. Thank you!

  • That’s up to you! If you’re feeling unsure about a group class, I always recommend booking a private first. We can spend extra time getting to know the equipment and breaking down the movement.

Maybe you have a movement background in something else (like yoga, dance, martial arts), in which case you may feel comfortable in a group setting.

My inbox is open if you have any specific questions/concerns before jumping in.

  • At the moment, I do not offer specifically perinatal classes (maybe one day)! I do have lots of experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients.

Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant. I’m happy to offer variations so you can still get the most out of a group class.

Please also use your discretion about whether a group setting is right for you in your current stage of pregnancy and in your pilates journey. Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

  • It depends on the nature and severity of your injury. Asking your doctor or physical therapist first is always a good idea!

Pilates can be an incredible tool for rehabbing injury and rebuilding strength. I believe injuries are some of our greatest teachers when it comes to the body.

Depending on how limited your movement is, you might consider working together one-on-one as your starting point.

Still have questions? Reach out.

Send me an email if you’re interested in working together. I’m happy to answer any preliminary questions.

Event & brand partnership inquiries also welcome.
