FAQ & Policies

  • How do I book & what is your refund policy?

Classes and packages must be purchased online in advance with a credit or debit card.

Please note that all sales are final.

Intro packs and single sessions are valid for 90 days. 5-packs are valid for 180 days. 10-packs are valid for one year.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Classes and private/duet sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, full payment for the session is required.

Of course, I understand emergencies and unexpected life events come up every now and then. Please reach out and we can discuss rescheduling options.

  • I'm new to pilates. Where should I start?

That’s up to you! If you’re feeling unsure about a group class, I always recommend booking a private first. We can spend extra time going over the equipment and breaking down each movement.

Maybe you have a movement background in something else (like yoga, dance, martial arts), in which case you may feel comfortable in a group class.

My inbox is open if you have any specific questions/concerns before jumping in.

  • Do you offer prenatal classes?

At the moment, I do not offer specifically perinatal classes (maybe one day!). I do have lots of experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients.

Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant. I am happy to accommodate.

Please use your discretion about whether a group setting is right for you in your current stage of pregnancy and in your pilates journey. Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

  • I'm working through an injury. Should I be doing pilates?

It depends on the nature and severity of your injury. Asking your doctor or physical therapist first is always a good idea!

Pilates can be an incredible tool for rehabbing injury and rebuilding strength. I believe injuries are some of our greatest teachers when it comes to the body.

Depending on how limited your movement is, you might consider working together one-on-one as your starting point.
