FAQ & Policies

  • How do I book & what is your refund policy?

Classes and packages must be purchased online in advance with a credit or debit card.

All sales are final. I am not able to offer refunds.

Intro packs and single sessions are valid for 90 days. 5-packs are valid for 180 days. 10-packs are valid for one year.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Classes and private/duet sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, full payment for the session is required.

Of course, I understand emergencies and unexpected life events come up every now and then. Please reach out and we can discuss rescheduling options.

  • I'm new to pilates. Where should I start?

That’s up to you! If you’re feeling unsure about a group class, I always recommend booking a private first. We can spend extra time going over the equipment and understanding each movement.

Maybe you have a movement background in something else (e.g. yoga, dance, martial arts), in which case you may feel comfortable in a group class.

My inbox is open if you have any specific questions/concerns before starting.

  • Do you offer prenatal classes?

At the moment, I do not offer specifically pre/postnatal classes (maybe one day!).

I do have lots of experience working with pre/postnatal clients.

Please let me know before class if you are pregnant. I am happy to accommodate.

Also, please use your discretion about whether a group setting is right for you in your current stage of pregnancy and in your pilates journey. Feel free to reach out with further questions.

  • I'm working through an injury. Should I be doing pilates?

It depends on the nature and severity of your injury, of course. Asking your doctor or physical therapist is always a good idea.

Pilates can be an incredible tool for injury rehab. I love guiding people through sessions addressing injury – I believe injuries are some of our greatest teachers when it comes to the body.

Depending on how limited your movement is, you might consider private sessions before hopping into group classes.
